Sit With Me - Singapore Writer's Festival (2020)
Organised by The Tapestry Project and commissioned by the National Arts Council, “Sit With Me” is a multimedia microsite that showcases aural and visual storytelling of lives affected by COVID-19. Twelve short stories are then selected and presented at Singapore Writer's Festival, under the "Sit With Me" column.
My writing piece, "Alt+F4" details the frustration of isolation, with video games as driving narrative. Pressing Alt+F4 on the keyboard means to escape the current window, which essentially symbolises the longing for escape in reality as well. The writing piece is accompanied by an ambient soundtrack—sounds of typing on a keyboard in an atmospheric, cosmic environment.

CPIB #IfILiveinDarkness Short Story Competition (2017)
In conjunction with International Anti-Corruption Day on 9 December 2016, the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) launched the Short Story Writing Competition #IfILiveInDarkness. Story entries should touch on how life would be for individuals, their families and friends if they live in a city tainted with corruption, greed and decadence.
My story, 'The Brevity of Sustenance' won the Merit prize in the school category.
